The UFLC Afterschool Program Activities aim to create a synergetic atmosphere where children grades K-12 work together striving to reach their highest potential. The program provides activities for youth in the following areas:

• Education Enrichment
• Leadership and Personal Development Seminars
• Drug Prevention and Intervention
• Teen Pregnancy Prevention
• Conflict Management/Violence Prevention
• Arts and Crafts

 UFLC youth basketball league introduces young players to the sport of basketball while more experienced players learn to improve their skills. Through age-appropriate, fun practice plans, kids learn the fundamentals of basketball. As a player progresses through our youth basketball program, they learn progressively more complex defensive and offensive plays. We are committed to making sure each child is placed on a team where they can be successful, so children are put into teams generally based on age, though there can be changes based on development or skills.
